Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the city. There is a balcony and a coffee machine - that's always a plus.

The room was impressive and generous sized, complete with the large balcony, amusing touches left by the maid, as for instance. Location: the hotel was close enough to centre and lots of restaurants nearby, nice restaurants, park squares and the center and Palacio Maya after the first night. Besides, an early colonial cathedral was 2 km away from the venue.

An unexpected joy in the suite
The spacious suite was a good surprise, offering balconies with fine views. Each morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast that fueled our adventurous days ahead.
The hot water was hit or miss. We often had to play around with the knobs, which distracted from our relaxing vibes. It was a little frustrating, but manageable.

This hotel boasts a beautiful courtyard and comfy rooms, though we faced some issues with cleanliness and unresponsive management. The pool area was relaxing, but the breakfast options left much to be desired. It had its charms but could improve in several key areas.

The breakfast buffet had endless rows of fabulous local delights, from fresh pancakes to sizzling chilaquiles. The staff were like family-always friendly and ready to help! Plus, the spacious room gave us room to stretch out after feasting.
And with all the AC quirks, our fridge was off more than on, so don't forget to ask for an extra key to keep your drinks cool.
